Welcome to Vocably! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Vocably mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
- "App" refers to the Vocably mobile application.
- "We," "our," "us" refers to the creators and owners of Vocably.
- "You," "user" refers to anyone using the App.
- "Content" refers to any information provided by the App, including AI-generated word definitions, quizzes, and other materials.
- "User Content" refers to words or data you add and store within the App.
You may use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. By using the App, you agree not to:
- Copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the App.
- Use the App in any unlawful way.
- Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the functionality of the App.
- Any words or data you add while using the App remain stored only on your device.
- We do not collect, access, or store your User Content.
- You are solely responsible for managing and safeguarding the data on your device.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App—including its design, features, AI integration, and content—are owned by us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes only.
Vocably may use AI to provide word definitions or related content. You acknowledge and agree that:
- AI responses are provided for educational purposes only.
- We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.
- You should not rely on AI responses as professional or authoritative advice.
- The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
- We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from bugs.
- We disclaim all liability for any inaccuracies in definitions, quizzes, or other content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any damages, losses, or consequences arising from your use of the App.
- This includes (but is not limited to) loss of data, educational outcomes, or reliance on AI-generated definitions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted within the App. Your continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
